Come join this family owned seed company based in the Fort Worth, TX area! Company is searching for an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is analytical, a problem solver, disciplined, and results-oriented. Manage crop production • Oversee planting, irrigation, chemical spray, dry/liquid applications) • Record field status, jobs completed, etc. • Coordinate the daily workflow between departments. Ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources. Manage Mechanics • Manage mechanics to ensure machine repairs are completed and maintenance schedules adhered to • Monitor work order requests, updates, maintenance schedules, and machine assets using Monday.Com • Maintain appropriate records and file appropriate paperwork with the state and/or federal government Pay up to 80K DOE. Will be the plant manager in running this bulk and bagging plant of lime, gypsum, and fertilizer. Will be supervising up to 24 people depending on the season. Some experience with fertilizer production and bagging plant operations is preferred. Familiar with plant safety regulations and supervising employees. $75K-100K range and KY location.
